  3. Prepare 160 g mushrooms.
  4. You need 1 clove garlic.
  5. Prepare 90 g cheddar cheese.

  7. It's 3 tbsp greek yogurt.
  8. Prepare 2 tsp parsley.
  9. Prepare pinch salt and pepper.

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta step by step

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in line with packet instructions (boil for 10 minutes for example for the tagliatelle we used).
  2. Heat butter in a frying pan and cook off chopped onions on a low heat until they turn translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms, garlic and parsley to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms have softened.
  4. Drain the tagliatelle and then toss in greek yogurt, cheese, lemon and salt and pepper.
  5. Add the mushrooms and onions to the tagliatelle.
  6. Plate the tagliatelle and finish with a couple of rocket leaves for decoration.
