  2. It's 1 Mango.
  3. It's 1 Chicken Breast.
  4. Prepare 1 Mozzarella.
  5. Prepare 1 Tomato Sauce.
  6. You need 1 Basil.
  7. You need 2 tbsp Olive Oil.
  8. You need Flour.
  9. Prepare 1 Chilli Flakes.
  10. You need 1 Black Pepper.

Jerk Chicken Mango Pizza step by step

  1. Marinade chicken in jerk sauce (overnight if possible).
  2. Preheat oven to 425.
  3. Pan fry chicken and cut into tiny pieces.
  4. Cut mango into tiny pieces.
  5. Sprinkle flour for handling & spread pizza dough to cover entire pan. (1 store bought pizza dough = 2 pizzas, I like whole wheat).
  6. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil to cover pan and lay pizza dough on top..
  7. Spread tomato sauce & sprinkle mozzarella on top..
  8. Top with jerk chicken, mango and fresh basil to taste.
  9. Top with chilli flakes and black pepper to taste.
  10. Brush crust sparingly with olive oil.
