- It's 4 chicken thighs or legs; bone-in.
- It's 5 bunch scallions; trimmed.
- You need 4 habanero peppers; tops trimmed.

- It's 3/4 cup vegetable oil.
- You need 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar.
