- It's 140 g unsalted butter, melted.
- Prepare 100 g all purpose plain flour.
- You need 120 g caster sugar.
- Prepare 20 g full cream milk powder.
- It's 25 g matcha powder (please donโt use a matcha latte mix as the textureโs of the mix is usually light, milky & frothy - you wonโt get a strong matcha taste thatโs ideal for this recipe).
- It's 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
- You need 1 pinch salt.
- Prepare White choc chips.

- Preheat oven to 180 degree..
- Melt the white choc and butter (I used microwave, 30 seconds at a a time. Stovetop method is also fine). Set aside..
- Combine the rest of other ingredients (remember to sift the flour, sugar, milk powder and matcha powder to avoid lumps). Add the melted choc and butter. Give it a good stir. Then whisk until combine and lighter in colour (I used stand mixer, high speed for 5 mins)..
- Add the white choc chips into the mixture and stir..
- Transfer to a brownie pan thatโs already lightly greased with melted butter/margarine. Into the oven for 25-30 mins. Let it cool before serving! Happy trying! ๐.
