Spaghetti and Lamb Bolognese - A big bowl of Spaghetti Bolognese (one of my all time favorite pasta!) was what I was craving this week. I swear people think Bolognese is just meaty red sauce. In fact there's very little tomato in it. It's primarily meat, carrots, onion, white wine and chicken stock. If done well there's a depth of flavor there that you just don't get with the bludgeon that is lasagna. Mash or cut it up to the consistency the baby is familiar with. Instead of ground beef I opted to instead use ground lamb. Thank you and good luck
