  3. Add ginger,crushed garlic,chopped onions with a little blended scotch bonnets.
  4. Add all spices of your choice and sprinkle some salt to taste stir fry for few minutes and add a large portion of tomato paste.
  5. Add little water and mix very well,allow to cook,finally add sweet pepper...if sour you can add a little potash or baking powder.
