Ingredients make Ragi Oats Cookies
- You need 100 Grams All purpose flour.
- It's 40 Grams Ragi.
- You need 100 Grams Oats.
- Prepare 75 Grams Egg.
- It's 150 Grams Sugar.
- It's 1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda.
- It's 2 Drops Vanilla essence.
- You need 10 Grams CInnamon powder.
- It's 100 Grams Margarine.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon Pepper powder.
Ragi Oats Cookies instructions
- Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda and keep aside..
- Cream the margarine with powdered sugar and add the egg till light and fluffy..
- Next, add the vanilla essence, flour mixture, ragi, oats, cinnamon powder and mix until a soft dough is formed..
- Mould the dough into desired shapes and bake them at 170 degree Cesius for 12-15 minutes..
