This is my version of a healthy cookies recipe with Whole Wheat Flour, Oats and Ragi Flour.

Ingredients make Ragi Oats Cookies

  1. You need 100 Grams All purpose flour.
  2. It's 40 Grams Ragi.
  3. You need 100 Grams Oats.
  4. Prepare 75 Grams Egg.
  5. It's 150 Grams Sugar.
  6. It's 1/4 Teaspoon Baking soda.
  7. It's 2 Drops Vanilla essence.
  8. You need 10 Grams CInnamon powder.
  9. It's 100 Grams Margarine.
  10. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Pepper powder.

Ragi Oats Cookies instructions

  1. Sieve the flour, salt and baking soda and keep aside..
  2. Cream the margarine with powdered sugar and add the egg till light and fluffy..
  3. Next, add the vanilla essence, flour mixture, ragi, oats, cinnamon powder and mix until a soft dough is formed..
  4. Mould the dough into desired shapes and bake them at 170 degree Cesius for 12-15 minutes..
