- In a pan add butter, sugar powder, curd mix all until sugar mix properly.
- Now sieve dry ingredients into it refined flour, baking soda, baking powder.
- Mix all ingredients and food colour, orange juice and mix cut and fold method.
- Grease the cake mould with butter and sprinkle refined flour and pour batter into it and sprinkle chopped dry fruit.
- Place it in preheated microwave at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes and check with toothpicks.
- Now remove it from microwave and let it cool properly and demould it cut into slices and enjoy.
