- Line a deep square cake tin about 10x10.
- Then heat the sugar and golden syrup until it reaches 149c.
- Then take off heat and quickly stir in the bicarbonate of soda until all mixed in.
- Then quickly pour into the tin and let it set for a couple of hours.
