Ingredients make Onion Bhaji’s

  1. It's 4 grams frozen ginger.
  2. You need 100 grams mehe.
  3. It's 4 Onions thinly sliced.
  4. You need 2 tablespoons ground cumin.
  5. It's 2 tablespoons garlic paste.
  6. Prepare 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  7. Prepare 15 tablespoons gram flour.
  8. Prepare Half a cup of sliced coriander.
  9. You need 100 ml water.

Onion Bhaji’s step by step

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gradually add the water..
  2. If the mixture is too dry then you should add some water.
  3. Heat a pan of oil to 200 degrees.
  4. Some people prefer flat Onion Bhaji but I think round is better! So create round balls (not perfect and not too big) then drop into the oil until golden brown!.
  5. If you are frying with a little oil then flatten your Bhaji down.
