Spring onion Pav bhaji - Spring onions vegetable is a popular maharashtrian dish made from spring onions, gram flour and spices. It is also called as Kandha paat bhaji. A simple and delicious side dish and tastes best when served with chapatis or jowar rotis. As simple as can be, the recipe for this Spring Onion Bhaji with Prawns was shared to me by my friend Betty Pires. Spring onion Pav bhaji - Pav bhaji is now found around the globe; from handcarts to formal restaurants (such as the much-loved Dishoom in London). It is the ultimate snack in Mumbai and a must try when visiting. There are loads of variations with different ingredients and toppings; such as cheese pav bhaji, paneer pav bhaji and jain pav bhaji (no onions, no garlic). Add the sliced spring onions and stir until well coated. The oil should be hot but not too hot, to allow the spring onions and flour to cook through without the outside of the bhajis burning. Pav bhaji is a popular mumbai street food. I have already posted pav bhaji recipe with step wise pictures, but this pav bhaji recipe is without onion and garlic. Thank you and good luck
