It makes an ideal snack for weight watcher as Ragi & Oats is a perfect healthy combination. You can easily substitute sugar with Jaggery or honey and dairy butter with coconut butter.

A note on Sugar- If using jaggery - make sure you use good quality powdered Jaggery.

- Prepare 1 cup oats.
- It's 1/4 cup ragi flour.
- You need 1/4 cup maida/All purpose flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup ghee.
- You need 1/4 cup coco Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- You need 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
- It's 1 tsp baking powder.
- It's 2 drops vanilla essence.

- Collect all the ingredients.
- Grind oats in a mixture jar make fine powder.
- Seive baking powder maida coco Powder and brown sugar add oats flour and ghee make dough.
- Make small balls like small lemon in size out of all the dough.
- Keep thise balls in a baking try bake it in a preheated oven at 150 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let them cool and store it in airtight container.
