  1. Peel and grate potatoes. Squeeze out as much water as you can putting it in a clean tea towel. Put in a bowl. Add grated onion, an egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add egg, salt and pepper to mince. Mix well. Cut burgers and add cheese on top. Now heat 2 pans with a little oil and turn on the grill.
