You can cook Sultan's Fast Pho using 10 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients cook Sultan's Fast Pho

  1. You need 5 tbsp beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand).
  2. You need 1 sliced onion (two thin slices).
  3. You need 3 scallion stems, chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 thin beef strips (extra thin).
  5. Prepare 1 Fresh cilantro.
  6. Prepare 1 lime, halved.
  7. It's 1/2 pkg rice noodles.
  8. You need 1 Fresh basil.
  9. You need 5 cup water.
  10. It's 1/2 cup bean sprouts.

Sultan's Fast Pho instructions

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add beef stock & onion. Allowing onion to soften (1-2) min (we like a kick of flavor. You can use less bouillon stock to taste).
  3. Add noodles, lime juice, cooking according to pkg (usually less than 5 min).
  4. Typically, you would add meat raw and let broth cook in serving dish. Our Halal butcher cuts strips slightly thicker, so we sear the meat in a small pan for 2min each side (optional pinch of cumin/cloves). Once cooked add to broth.
  5. Place in serving dish, topping with chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, basil, bean sprouts, and lime.
  6. Optional fresh chopped jalapeΓ±o and lime slices.

Sultan's Fast Pho - From the moment you walk in, it is clearly an informal affair. It's a nice little Turkish take-away in the heart of Gungahlin with some seating available for dining in. After I met the cordial staff, I decided to have a new eye exam. Sultan was a thorough and excellent optometrist - and he took alot of time with me. The Tom Kha Ga was very tasty and well spiced. The yellow curry was supposed to be spicy, but was barely even mild. Spring rolls were good and tasted fresh. Thank you and good luck
