Dorm Room Pho - So Simple, You Can Make Them In Your Dorm Room Ramen is a staple of college diets, and for good reason. Not only is it inexpensive, but it's easy to dress it up and turn it into an impressive, noodly meal without a lot of extra ingredients or kitchen tools. Everybody has their "version" of a recipe. This one is by no means meant to serve an example of authentic Vietnamese Pho. This is my version, based on what was easy for me to buy locally.

Years later, I don't know if that Vietnamese soup was pho or some other soup, but when I started hearing about pho, and how it was a Vietnamese soup, it made me think of my dorm room days and to want to give it a try myself!

You can have Dorm Room Pho using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients make Dorm Room Pho

  1. Prepare 2 packs Ramen Noodles.
  2. You need 1 Bell Pepper any color.
  3. It's 1/2 Purple Onion.
  4. It's 1/3 Avocado.
  5. You need Some Andouille Sausage.
  6. You need 2 tbps olive oil.

Dorm Room Pho instructions

  1. In a large pan Fry Sausage & remove. Pour in olive oil. And, turn heat on med high. Toast the Ramen Noodles. DO NOT break up noodles. Once toasted on both sides. Remove and place on paper towels to drain..
  2. Add Chopped veggies to oil. And, sauteed for 3-5 mins..
  3. Add Noodles back into the pan. Add 1 1/2 cup of water and Seasonings from both Noodle packets..
  4. Once the noodles has cooked down with veggies. Stir in Sausage..
  5. Place in a bowl and enjoy. Recipe may be found on my YouTube channel or Facebook page. 😇🔥.
  6. You can add any veggies that you love or egg. Your choice.
