- You need 5 Cloves.
- Prepare 2 Cinnamon.
- You need 4 White cardamom.
- It's 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 Coal.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon Deai ghee.
Smokey tandoori chicken korma step by step
- Wash chicken.
- Make a paste of 2 onion sliced.
- Make a paste of cashews and chironji.
- Heat oil in a pot add 2 onion sliced and saute till brown colour when it done remove from oil and make a paste.
- Now add whole garam masala (bayleaf, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper) saute for a minute.
- Nowadd chicken mix it well now add ginger garlic paste and saute for five minutes.
- Now add cashews paste and saute for a minute.
- Now add onion paste and all dry spices (red chilli, turmeric, coriander, tandoori masala, garam masala and salt) mix it well.
- Now add curd and mix well all the ingredients well add little water and let them cook on high flame.
- When chicken become soft then saute till oil comes above off the flame when gravy become thick and oil comes above.
- Heat a coal on a flame now take a bowl put burning coal and place this bowl in a pot now put few drops of desi ghee and cover the pot.. after 10 minutes open it and serve.
