  1. It's 500 gm Boneless Chicken.
  2. Prepare to Taste Salt.
  3. You need 2 Tablespoon Curd.
  4. Prepare 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.
  5. It's 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
  6. You need 50 gm Cashew Nut.
  7. Prepare 3 Green Chilli.
  8. You need 2 Tablespoon Refined Oil.
  9. You need 1 Cinnamon.
  10. Prepare 1-2 Bayleaf.
  11. You need 2-3 Cardamom.
  12. Prepare 5-7 Black Pepper.
  13. You need 1-2 medium sized onion paste.
  14. It's 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
  15. Prepare 2-3 Green Chilli.
  16. Prepare as needed Fresh Cream.
  17. You need As needed Dried Fenugreek leaves.
  18. It's 1 tsp Kewda water.

Chicken Shahi Korma instructions

  1. Take a utensil add chicken salt curd lemon juice black pepper powder marinate them & keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
  2. Take hot water Dipped kaju 3 green chilli make it paste.
  3. Heat Oil in a nonstick pan add cinnamon bayleaf green cardamom Black pepper & saute for half a min add onion paste saute for 1-2 mins add ginger garlic paste salt & mix well stir well for 2-3 mins then add the marinated chicken & mix well then cover lid & cook for 15-20 mins until chicken cooks completely open lid & stir inbetween..
  4. Once Chicken is done, add in cashew green chilli paste & mix add 3 Green Chilli cover the lid for 2-3 mins till then oil comes up on surface open lid & add cooking cream & Cover again for 2-3 mins until oil oozes out on the suface.
  5. Open lid & add fenugreek leaves & kewda water cover for 2 mins & Serve Hot..
