  2. put a teaspoon of oil in each of a muffin tray. mine does 12.
  3. put in a sausage in each and put in the oven until the sausages are half cooked.
  4. mix the flour eggs milk salt and pepper. whisk until smooth and runny. pour into a jug with a lip for easy pouring. any extra batter can be used for pancakes.
  5. quickly and carefully fill halfway with the batter and put back in the oven.
  6. leave! for at least 15 minutes or they will fall. once risen golden and crispy remove from the oven and out of the tray. served with mashed potato and beans. my daughter and sister loved them :).
