  1. Pre heat oven 150c.
  2. Line a baking a 9 x 12 baking tray.
  3. Cut butter into cubes and place in a large bowl add sugar and flour then rub together to form fine bread crumbs put into baking tray and press firmly to make the base.

  9. Allow to set before cutting i put mine in the fridge.
  10. Remove from baking tray and cut into squares..
