- It's 1 tsp dried oregano.
- You need 1 tsp salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp pepper.
- You need 1 handful chopped parsley.

- Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350°F and grease a loaf tin.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand

- Press into the loaf tin and bake for 90 minutes. If you want to, spread some tomato ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top first.
