  1. 1. Start off by chopping and dicing the celery, onion and carrots and putting them into a frying pan.
  2. 2. For the glaze, get a saucepan and put 1/2 a cup of tomato sauce along with the white wine vinegar, the sugar, 1tbsp of mustard and finally 1tbsp of garlic powder..
