- Prepare 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.

Fried Modak step by step
- In a large bowl take all-purpose flour, semolina make a dent in centre pour tbsp hot ghee and mix well..
- Add water and knead a soft dough. Cover it with cloth amd left it for 10mins..
- In another bowl mix coconut sugar and cardamom powder mix well keep aside..
- Heat oil in a pan..
- After 10mins make very small pieces of dough roll them.
- Add stuffing in centre and take all edges together upside and give shape of modak..
- Dry them on medium flame till golden..
- Special modak for ganu bappa is ready..
