  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
  2. You need 2 tbsp Semolina.

  6. It's 1/3 cup Sugar powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp Cardamom powder.

Fried Modak step by step

  1. In a large bowl take all-purpose flour, semolina make a dent in centre pour tbsp hot ghee and mix well..
  2. Add water and knead a soft dough. Cover it with cloth amd left it for 10mins..
  3. In another bowl mix coconut sugar and cardamom powder mix well keep aside..
  4. Heat oil in a pan..
  5. After 10mins make very small pieces of dough roll them.
  6. Add stuffing in centre and take all edges together upside and give shape of modak..
  7. Dry them on medium flame till golden..
  8. Special modak for ganu bappa is ready..
