- You need 1 packet oreo biscuits.
- Prepare 4 tbsp chocolate sauce.
- It's 1/4 cup sugar grinded.
- You need 1/4 cup dessicated coconut.
- Prepare 1/4 cup milk.
Oreo modak step by step
- Grind biscuits into fine powder. Put this powder in bowl, add chocolate sauce to it and mix nicely. If required add spoonful of milk and mix, make a dough of it. mix well..
- In other bowl add coconut powder and 2 tbsp of sugar, mix nicely. Then add milk little by little and make dough. Grease the mould Now put the choco mixture into the modak mould press all around and stuff with coconut mixture. Put a little choco mixture to seal the bottom. Unmould it and your modak is ready..
