- You need 500 ml milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup chickpea soaked.
- Prepare 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp peanut butter.
- It's 2 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts.
- Prepare 1/4 cup roasted cashew powder.
- It's 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- It's 1 tsp green cardamom powder.
- You need Pinch cinnamon powder.
- It's 2 tbsp desi ghee.

- Take soaked chickpea in pressure cooker add milk and boil it 5 to 6 whistle or till chickpea nicely cooked.
- Other side boil remaning milk till it's it's original quantity.
- When chickpea cook let it too cool, when cool transfer in grinder jar and make fine smooth paste.
- Melt ghee in a pan add chickpea paste and roast till fine and pleasant smell, when done keep aside.
- Now melt the sugar till caramelized, when done add peanut butter and cooked milk and mix well.
- Now add roasted chickpea mixture and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and mix well and switch of gas and left to slightly cool.
- Now add roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts and cashew powder and mix well.
- When it's slightly cool take a small batch of mixture in a modak mold and make modak.
- Make all modaks like this and ready to bhog to Ganpati bappa and serve and enjoy.
