  1. Prepare beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand).
  2. It's sliced onion (two thin slices).
  3. You need scallion stems, chopped.
  4. It's thin beef strips (extra thin).
  5. You need Fresh cilantro.
  6. You need lime, halved.
  7. It's pkg rice noodles.
  8. You need Fresh basil.
  9. Prepare water.
  10. Prepare bean sprouts.

Sultan's Fast Pho instructions

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add beef stock & onion. Allowing onion to soften (1-2) min (we like a kick of flavor. You can use less bouillon stock to taste).
  3. Add noodles, lime juice, cooking according to pkg (usually less than 5 min).
  4. Typically, you would add meat raw and let broth cook in serving dish. Our Halal butcher cuts strips slightly thicker, so we sear the meat in a small pan for 2min each side (optional pinch of cumin/cloves). Once cooked add to broth.
  5. Place in serving dish, topping with chopped cilantro, chopped scallions, basil, bean sprouts, and lime.
  6. Optional fresh chopped jalapeΓ±o and lime slices.
