- It's 6 pieces chicken drumsticks.
- You need 1st Marination.
- You need 3/4 tsp Red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- You need 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2nd Marination.
- You need 1 cup thick curd (filter the water out if any).
- Prepare 3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp pepper powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 10 curry leaves finely chopped.
- Prepare Salt as required.
- Prepare 1 tsp oil.
Chicken Tandoori step by step
- Wash and pat dry drumstick pieces. Peel the skin off and make slits all over the chicken pieces.
- Marinate with all the ingredients under 1st marination and keep it aside for 15 mins.
- Now add all the ingredients under 2nd marination and keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven at 350F. Transfer the pieces to a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle oil. Bake it for 15 - 20 mins on one side and 5 - 10 mins on other side. Keep it in broil for 5 mins. (Make sure itβs not over burnt)..
