A wonderful Spanish Paella that's very easy to make and the presentation is great as well.

You'll need a very large skillet or a paella pan.

  1. You need 1 tbsp oil.
  2. It's 1 onion.
  3. Prepare 2 chicken breasts.
  4. It's 1 225g chorizo sausage.
  5. It's 1 red pepper.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup tomato paste.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp paprika.
  8. Prepare 1 garlic clove.
  9. It's 1 bag frozen seafood mix.
  10. Prepare 1 chicken stock cube.
  11. Prepare 1 cup cooked peas.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp chilli flakes.
  13. It's 1 juice from one lemon.
  14. You need 2 cup rice.
  15. Prepare 1 fresh black pepper.

  1. Start by cooking your rice for about twenty minutes..
  2. Slice and cook your chicken breasts..
  3. Chop and peel your onion..
  4. Seed and slice your red pepper..
  5. Heat oil in a paella pan..
  6. Disolve chicken stock cube in one cup of boiling water..
  7. Add onion to paella pan and fry until soft..
  8. Add all other ingredients, apart from rice and pepper..
  9. Let simmer for 5 minutes..
  10. Add rice, and stir until warm through..
  11. Sprinkle black pepper over dish..
  12. Serve, preferably with a glass of white wine..

Chicken and Seafood Paella - This is the paella best-known to visitors to Spain. The yellow rice includes bits of chicken, squid, shrimp and mussels.
