  13. You need 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste.

  1. Clean chicken.
  2. Marinate it with all the above ingredients except garnish..
  3. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  4. Later take a thick bottom pan.
  5. Put the marinated chicken cover tightly with lid and put it in Low flame for 20 mins.
  6. Open and give a stir.
  7. Check if chicken is done.off the flame or leave more 10 mins.
  8. Open lid and add butter coriander and kasturi methi.
  9. Cover and keep until you serve.
