- Prepare Warm water-as required.
- It's Butter-as needed.
- It's 3 tsp Coriander leaves chopped.
- You need 2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds.

- Take a bowl add maida, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, 2 tsp oil and curd. Mix well..
- Add warm water gradually to it and knead to a soft and smooth dough..
- Apply 2 tsp oil on the dough. Cover with a lid and rest for 3 hours..
- Make small size balls out of it. Roll it out into oval shape by dusting some flour on it. Wet it with little water on one side..
- Place it on hot tawa, wet side down. Keep in medium flame..
- Once you see bubbles on it, turn the tawa and show the flame to the other side of naan. When it's light brown colour take it off..
- Serve by topping with some butter. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds..
