  1. Prepare 6 boiled Potatoes.
  2. You need 1/4 cup Butter.
  3. You need 1/4 cup Milk.
  4. You need 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated.
  5. You need 1/4 cup Gruyére Cheese grated.
  6. You need 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
  7. It's Salt and Pepper.

  1. Boil potatoes until soft..
  2. Melt milk and butter..
  3. Mash the potatoes until just a few lumps remain. Add into the potatoes the milk and butter mixture, salt and pepper and stir..
  4. Slowly add in both cheeses and continue to mix together..
  5. In a small bowl add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and a little Gruyére cheese and mix..
  6. Pour potato mix into a baking pan and top with breadcrumb mix. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes and until golden brown. This delicious melty potato side dish is absolutely delicious….:)
