- Prepare Red Gram(Thuvaram Parupu) soak for 30mins.
- It's Rice.
- You need green chillies.
- Prepare Red Chillies.
- Prepare onion.
- Prepare tomato.
- It's garlic cloves.
- Prepare Jeera.
- You need Cinnamom.
- You need Pepper.
- Prepare as required Ghee.
- Prepare Salt.
- It's Chilli powder.

- In cooker add ghee, mustard,jira,pepper,green chilli,red chilli and fry well..
- Add the garlic and onion..
- Add 1 spoon salt,Half spoon turmeric powder..
- Mix well until it turns brownish and add tomato.Mix well and keep it in low flame for few minutes..
- Take the soaked red Gram and 1 cup of rice,add it to the cooker.
- Since we have already soaked red gram in water,no need to add water separately for Red gram.Add 2 cups of water for one glass of Rice in cooker..
- Boil for sometime and then close the cooker and keep it for 2 whitsle..
- Arisi Parupu sadham is now Ready..
